Working/Professional Experience:

Oluwaseyi began his banking career in March 1985 at Union Bank of Nigeria Limited, working in the Registrars Department (1985-1994).

He later moved to the Human Resources Department, contributing to training initiatives. He played a key role in establishing the Consultancy Department of Union Bank, training staff in share registration.

He worked with the Accenture Management Consultant Team during the Union Bank - Staff Reengineering Process.

He also extensively participated as Trainer together with the Management/Flexcube Training Team from Indian to train the Union Bank Plc - general Staff after the re-engineering process for the implementation and conversion of the Bank's operation to the FLEXCUBE Banking Software Package.

He worked with Union Bank for about 23 years before joining First Registrars Nigeria Limited in January 2009 as Head, Management Services Division and has over the years been saddle with the responsibilities cutting across the Admin and General Services, Mailing functions, Facility Management, Human Capital Management, Planning, Know your Customer (KYC), and Training/Performance Management activities...

He currently oversees Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance matters of the First Registrars & Investor Services Ltd and he reports directly to the Managing Director/CEO.
